China's 3C certification is called "compulsory product certification system". It is a product conformity assessment system implemented by governments in accordance with laws and regulations in order to protect consumers'personal safety and national security, strengthen product quality management. The so-called 3C certification is China's compulsory product certification system, the English name of China Compulsory Certification, English abbreviation CCC.

If the product is listed in the Catalogue of the First Batch of Products Implementing Compulsory Product Certification issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the State Accreditation and Accreditation Supervision and Administration Commission, it is necessary to carry out compulsory inspection and examination of the product. If the products listed in the catalogue have not been certified by the designated organization and have not been certified by the label as required, they can not be sold, imported or manufactured.

China CCC Certification Scope

As a three-in-one authoritative certification of CCEE, CCIB and EMC, CCC is an advanced symbol of China's General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection (AQSIQ) and the National Accreditation and Supervision Commission (NARC) being in line with international standards, and has irreplaceable importance.

The first batch of products that have to pass compulsory certification published in China totals 132 of 19 categories. Mainly includes wire and cable, low voltage electrical appliances, information technology equipment, safety glass, fire protection products, motor vehicle tires, latex products, etc.

The 3C logo is usually pasted on the surface of the product or pressed on the product by moulding. If you look carefully, you will find many small diamond-shaped "CCC" symbols. Each 3C sign has a random code behind it, and each random code has its corresponding manufacturer and product. When issuing mandatory product certification marks, the certification mark issuance management center has input the corresponding products into the computer database. Consumers can query the codes through the mandatory product certification mark anti-counterfeiting query system of the State Accreditation and Supervision Commission.
